One of our producers, Bolzano Artisan Meats, needs your help!
For five years, the husband-and-wife team of Scott Buer and Christin Johnstone-Buer of Bolzano Artisan Meats have been running Wisconsin's heirloom pork salami company -- making a unique artisan product that has won over fans across the State and the U.S.
However, currently, thousands of pounds of Bolzano Artisan Meats salami – approximately $50,000 worth of product – is packed in boxes and sitting on the floor of the Holton Street meat plant.
The sausages have been detained by the State of Wisconsin, so they cannot be moved or sold.
Since the Buers rely solely on the income from their salami, they are facing the potential of being shut down.
What can you do?
