For your convenience, we ship anywhere in the continental U.S.
What are my shipping options?
We offer standard shipping via UPS Ground or the US Postal Service (whichever is faster). Postal rates begin at $3.99 and are charged based on the amount of the order and where the item is being shipped. You can upgrade to 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day service for an additional charge. Shipping for gift subscription boxes is included in the price.
I want to send gifts to multiple people. How do I do that?
We currently ship to one address per order. Please complete a separate order for each person to which you'd like a box shipped. This is the easiest way to ensure that your gifts (and gift messages) will be delivered to the right place.
When will I get my order?
All of our gifts are hand packed with love within 24-36 hours from receipt, Monday through Thursday, unless you're notified otherwise, or in the case of subscription boxes, which are mailed out to arrive between the 16th and 25th of each month. We want your food items to arrive fresh, delicious and ready to consume. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Your gift should arrive within 4-7 business days from the date you order, depending on where it is being shipped. NOTE: We generally don't ship on Fridays or on weekends, since we don't want your package to needlessly sit around in a cold, lonely warehouse.
Can you do rush orders?
Forgot your Mom's birthday again? No worries. We have you covered. If you needed your gift to arrive yesterday, have special handling instructions, questions about the shipping policies above, or a really good story why you need something on a different timetable, we're always happy to help. Simply email us after you place your order and let us know what you need us to do. We can even take the blame for the gift being late if you need us to.
Can you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, there are a bunch of customs processing fees and red tape with shipping food products outside of the United States. So at this time we are not able to ship to international customers.
Can I pick and choose what I'd like in my gift box?
While we do not offer the options to pick and choose items for your gift box online, we are happy to accommodate your wishes whenever possible. Just send us a message and we can work together to build a fantastic customized box of Milwaukee love.
We're also constantly improving our product selection to offer an even better variety of boxes for customers. Sign up for our mailing list, and you'll be the first to hear about our new offerings. Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! We will hand write a note to be delivered with your gift. Please let us know the message you would like us to send when you order the item. If you submitted an order without a message, but would now like one, please send us a message.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
All of our gift boxes include a simple, rustic presentation including a hand-stamped kraft paper box augmented with customized ribbon from our friends at Cream City Ribbon. Alternative packaging may be used when appropriate.
What’s your return policy?
Our goal is to deliver the best of the best when it comes to delicious, handmade food products. However, if you’re unhappy with the food items in your box, just send us a message and we’ll make it right by refunding your money or resending you a new box. We’d simply ask that you let us know what went wrong so we can learn from your experience. Read our full refund policy here.
